To create a survey, start by clicking on the “Survey Builder” link in the top navigation bar. Once you’re there, follow these steps:
- Click on any of the templates that are displayed to see their details and choose one that you’d like to use for your project. If you want more information about how each template works or if there’s something else that needs adjusting before it can be used on this site, click on its title so that we can help guide you through making changes as needed.*
Once you’ve chosen a template and made any necessary adjustments (if applicable), click “Create Survey.” This will open up an empty page where we’ll ask for some basic information about who should receive surveys from this site – which can be anyone who visits our site!

Edit the text in your survey template
- Edit the text in your survey template. You can customize the text in your survey template to make it fit your needs.
- Change the text in your survey template. You can change or add new questions or answers by modifying existing ones. As well as adding new sections and sub-sections to help guide users through their decision process.
- Edit the layout of a question (or multiple questions): This is especially useful when you want to combine two different questions into one long one, but don’t want them separated with space between them—for example, if they’re related topics but not completely overlapping at all times; or if they’re just too long because there’s no way for both parts without making this kind of compromise between them!
Customize survey sections to make your online form perfect for you.
- Use the survey builder to customize your form. You can add or remove sections, change the order forms of sections and even change the colors, fonts, and backgrounds for each section.
- Add questions that are relevant to your online survey. If you have a lot of questions on one topic, then it’s best to break them into different pages. So that they’re easier to read when someone takes the time to fill out your online form.
With custom colors and fonts, you can make your survey look great.

- Use the font tool to change the font style and size we’ve got over 50 different styles available so any typeface will work with Survey Maker Form!
- Use text alignment tools (center, right) to center your text or make it appear left-aligned using one of these methods: 1) Click on this icon next to each field in which text should be placed; 2) Click on this icon found in most fields where there are multiple paragraphs – it looks like an arrow pointing down; 3) In some cases there may be other options available depending upon how many fields were used before adding another one such as when two sentences are separated by commas, etc., these will show up in parentheses after clicking “Add New” button located near the top right corner where I highlighted above; 4) If none seem appropriate then click anywhere else until something seems reasonable enough so long as no letters overlap each other too much either horizontally (horizontally aligned) vertically (vertically aligned).

- Rating scale – This is a simple way to ask respondents how they feel about a specific thing, such as “How likely is it that you would recommend this product to a friend?”
- Checkbox – A checkbox is a yes/no response option and can be used for things like: “Do you prefer coffee over tea?” Or “Would you rather stay at home on Christmas Eve or go out with friends?”
- Multiple choice – Similar to the above two questions, but it allows multiple answers to be given by the respondent instead of just one (e.g., “Which type of coffee do you prefer? Café Latte or Cappuccino). This makes it easier for them to choose from multiple options if they have strong feelings about either coffee or tea!
