- Mobile phones should be kept away from the body and we should not keep our phones in the pocket of our shirts and pant.

- Avoid using or talking on phones while charging, as radiation emission is ten times higher.
- While not using the phone or when data connectivity is not required, we should either turn off the phone or keep the phone on airplane mode. Data should be turned off before going to sleep.
- Using a phone on a low battery is also not recommended because radiation increases when the phone is on a low battery. You should also not use the phone in areas where the signals are low.
